Lee Brothers Concert

Hi all,

Lee Si Song (李思菘) and Lee Wei Song (李伟菘) affectionately known as the Lee Brothers were widely credited for launching the popular Xinyao trend in the 1980s.

The Lee Brothers started their professional song-writing career with MediaCorp (then named Singapore Broadcasting Corporation) in 1982, composing soundtracks and theme songs for Chinese drama serials. Famous ones include the theme songs from 《雾锁南洋》, 《红头巾》and《少年英雄》. Thereafter they also launched a number of albums of their own.

Well respected and known throughout the entertainment arena in Taiwan, HK and Singapore for their talent at song composing and capabilities in music production, the Lee Brothers have composed and/or produced numerous chart-toppers for countless of A-list artists such as Jackie Cheung, Andy Lau, Aaron Kwok, Jolin Tsai, Stephanie Sun, Gigi Leung, Jam Hsiao and Daniel Chan as well as garnered numerous accolades both locally as well as overseas for their works. These include “Best Album Production”, “Best Song Composition”, and “Best Written Lyrics” at all major award ceremonies.

With regards to the book 《籃球火幕後寫真書》精裝版:

Please make sure you turn up for the meetup when you say you're turning up.
The book is hard-cover, weighs a ton (okay so it's 1kg, but it's still heavy!) and we have to carry your books all the way down town, so please make sure that you turn up.

When the books arrived, we thought it was funny that the autograph was on the cover, not on the inside. We cannot give any explanation for this because it is not in my control where xiaozhu signs on the book. But because it was on the cover, we received one book in this condition:

Therefore, whoever is the last to collect their book, will get this copy.
No arguments will be heard, no refunds will be made, zilch. If you don't want the book, we'll just keep the extra copy.
The smudging of the autographs is not something we can control.

Initially, they're supposed to start on 4th instead...
But due to some construction glitches, it was postponed to 5th
and STAGE Singapore is a franchise~

Should we be strict?
It's stated on our blog that payment should be made before a dateline...
It's also stated that failure of payment will mean cancellation of orders...
We, however, haven't been very strict with this rule...
As a result of "trust" between us and the buyers, as a result of us paying for the orders 1st, we have extra stock on hand which we'll have to sell off nw
(all on hand stock for STAGE are up on the SALE section)
So... Should we be strict and cancel all orders for non-payment?
Should we be strict in regards to the dateline given?

Concert Merchandise, doubts, and closing down of blog.

The tagboard will be removed soon and it will remain permanently removed.

If you guys do online shopping, you all would know that taiwan sellers are slow.
I do online shopping, and sprees from taiwan sites usually take 2-3 months, sometimes even 4 months.
I'm not saying that all of them are like that, because stage is definitely faster.
But it just happend that this batch of CM took very long, and we are unable to control their operating speed either.
We have already said about a million and one times, if you are not comfortable with anything, don't order from us, especially if you doubt our reliability and are scared that we run away with your money.
Who is 'we' who demanded the article tracking number? It seems to be only you.
And we did not say that only the CM had the wrong address, we said that BOTH the books and CM had the wrong address written on it.
You know, this shows that you don't read. Or at least, don't read carefully.

If anyone has any doubts about SSU being official, please feel free to email us.
We will gladly direct you to SSU and give you WHOLE details on SSU's operations and eligibility.

And seriously, we're fine with closing down this blog.
How about this, if we get 20 emails saying 'I want you to close down this blog now.'
We will then delete the blog.
We will then proceed to delete and ignore the people who have added us on our msn lists and handphone lists thru this blog.
And we will not do anymore orders for anything except for ourselves and our close friends.
We will definitely finish distributing all current orders, of course, before we officially close the blog.

Meet Ups~

Meetup is at 2.30pm, Bras Brasah Macs. AKA the Macs at KH Kea Building.
It is next to a building that houses Art Friend, which is next to the National Library.
It is also opposite Raffles Hotel.

Basically, if you were to walk from Bugis, just walk towards the National Library, and you will see an old building next to it called Bras Brasah Complex, and past this building you will see a 2-storey macs next to it.
If you are taking bus, you can drop when you see the Library and walk.
You can take 7, 32, 51, 63, 80, 145, 197. (For red buses)
There isn't any online directory for the yellow buses, but I know 851 goes there.

HI EVERYONE!
Another lengthy post, but again, PLEASE READ. Because it contains DETAILED answers to all your queries.

With regards as to what is going on in the tagboard, please just understand that April and I are extremely busy with our work and school. It's the end-of-year period whereby EVERYONE is busy, including the people at the taiwan side as well as the postal services. (therefore they may be slow in processing and sending out stuff)

And seriously, almost all your questions have already been answered somewhere in this blog - either in the entries or in the tagboard.

So, like April said, for the 3 millionth, 5 thousand and fifty eight time, please try to refrain from asking these questions, whether thru the tagboard, email, sms, or phone call:

1) I Love Stage caps have been out of stock for months, and if ever they are back in stock again, we will definitely post it up here and grab it for ourselves too. We really want it as well, (that design is my fave out of all) but it's basically out of stock and it may never be restocked.

2) Show On Stage Books have arrived, but we have yet to find time to do any meetups. There are also A LOT of books, so there is no way we can carry too many books to one meetup. Not only because the books are heavy, but also because we also have to carry the freebies that come along with it! We will definitely arrange a meetup ASAP, because April's room is running out of space storing all the books as well! There will be a certain limit to the number of people turning up for one meetup because of the weight of the items, but we will definitely try to accommodate as many as possible.

3) Taiwan side said that they have already sent out the Concert Merchandise. But if you guys have read what April wrote a few entries back, you would remember that she mentioned that the Taiwan side wrote the wrong address on the boxes. Therefore we have to constantly call up the post office to check and thus there will be some delays. We have no answer as to whether it will reach before the concert or not, because we have no control over the postal services. If the items arrive, we will definitely update ASAP.

4) Concert Merchandise, Album, Album tags, etc, all orders have already been closed. Currently, the only orders we are taking in is for STAGE. Therefore, we cannot take in your orders anymore because these orders have already been finalised with taiwan side and we cannot squeeze in anymore orders. The only way you can get your hands on them is if we have extras. If we do have extra stuff, we will update here for you guys to purchase. Whoever gets it will be whoever who confirms AND pays first. If we are going to take in new orders, we will definitely update this blog.

And therefore, based on everything that's been typed above, check back the blog often for updates!

5) We have no idea what is Show's schedule for the Singapore trip. We are neither affiliated with EMI nor Mars nor anybody whatsoever, we are the same as you guys, therefore we have no 'inside' news or anything. So it would be great if you guys just keep a lookout on the news (newspapers, radio, tv, etc) because the media is our source of information on Show, and it is accessible to all you guys as well.

6) If you are uncomfortable with with the way we work, please do not order with us.

We know all of you are anxious to get your items, and so are we, because our own orders are being shipped with yours as well. And the ever-important CLARIFICATIONS...

1) We never said we were confirm chop going to order Concert Merchandise. We only said IF we do, we will update here. So why are people emailing us and telling us their order, when we have not said we are going to order? And the final decision now is, we are NOT going to order Concert Merchandise. We will be deleting and ignoring all emails that have already been sent to us regarding this matter.

2) We've recently been getting emails like these too:

Our deadline for order and payment of album tags was 14 Nov, 6pm.
We get an email at 10pm with an order for X number of album tags, with a payment of $X made at 12pm, with no email prior to this letting us know he/she wants to order.
When the deadline is 6pm, it means by 6pm you have to let us know you want to order, PLUS make the payment by 6pm.
If you make the payment before 6pm, without emailing us any details, how would we know who transferred the money, and for what reason?
(Maybe free money dropped from the sky, so that we can go Yun Nam Haircare for all the hair we have dropped from doing all this work.)
When we say 6pm, we mean 6pm. Once we submit our orders, we will not be able to squeeze in anymore orders after that. There's a reason why a deadline is called a DEADline.

Clarifications and Rules

Hi everyone, I think we need to clarify some things and enforce some rules around here. The blog's getting a bit messy. This is going to be a long post, but it is an important post.

1) SOS Merchandise and Book
We will update when the orders reach. We have repeated this a million times already.
Please do not hurry us, nor ask us to ask the taiwan side to hurry up.
We are as anxious as you guys because we want our books and our merchandise as well.
(I want to try the Q Sweet and I want my post-it pad!)
But the fact is that there is nothing we can do other than to constantly email and pester the taiwan side, because it is not in our control how fast/slow they operate.

2) Queries/Questions
There is a reason why we have painstakingly typed out the entire FAQ for you guys to read. So, PLEASE READ. We know the FAQ is very long, but it has almost every single answer to your questions over there.
A lot of your questions have already been answered in the FAQ, or in the blog posts.
If you have already read the FAQ and you think that your questions still have not been answered, please email us. Do not flood the tagboard!
When you email us, we are able to reply you with a more detailed and concise answer.
From now on, we will ignore and delete questions on the tagboard that have already been answered in the FAQ.

3) Cancellation of orders (VERY IMPORTANT!)
This is how our blog works:

We will post up pictures, price and details of items that we are able to help you order. Whether it's Stage, Concert Merchandise, or other things like the SOS Book or the new album.
You will view the post, and email us what you want to order.
When we have confirmed your order, we will need the full payment before we place an order for you.
Once you have made the payment, no further changes are to be made to the order.
This means, once we have confirmed your order, you have paid us, you are not to cancel your order.

Now, "WHY YOU ALL LIDDAT, SO BAD ONE, I WANT TO CANCEL COS I CHANGE MY MIND MAH/I NEED THE MONEY FOR SOMETHING ELSE LEH/BLAH BLAH BLAH"

Simply because, when we confirm your order, we have also confirmed the order with the taiwan side at the same this.

And again, "HUH I DON'T UNDERSTAND LEH, SO CHIM."

When you email us, "I want to buy Stage A and Stage B!"
We will take note of your order, and email taiwan side and ask them "Do you have stock for Stage A and Stage B?"
Then, taiwan side will reply us, "Yes, we have Stage A and Stage B."
We will then email you to say "Taiwan side has stock for your order of Stage A and Stage B. Please make the full payment of $XXX by 31 Feb 2012. Failing that, your order will be cancelled."
And then you will reply "I pay already! Date: 30 Feb 1012, Amount: $XXX, Reference number: XXXX."
When everyone has paid up, we will collate a list and email to taiwan side.
After taiwan side has confirmed that everything on the list is available, we will make the payment.
They will then ship out the items, and we will receive it in about a week.
Then, suddenly you email and say "Can I cancel my order for Stage A and Stage B? I need the money for my facial LEH."

So now, when you cancel your order, what are we going to do with the Stage A and Stage B that you have ordered?
Are we supposed to dig out money from our own pocket, refund you the money, and then on our hands we have two extra Stage tees that we did not intend to buy in the first place?
We are not a shop that brings in stock and sell.
We are a service that helps you order specifically what you want.
IF you happen to cancel your order after confirmation from taiwan side but before payment, we'll track and if necessary, blacklist you.

If you are not comfortable with how we work, then please do not order from us.
